Does every job seeker need professional resume-writing services?

Do you offer free critiques?

Yes, you can receive a complimentary review if you have a draft resume already written. This will not be a full comprehensive critique, but is a cursory review to point out any immediate red flags.






How does the 60-day guarantee work for resume writing services?

It is important to us that you not only walk away with a revamped resume, but that it also helps you get the results you want. If you are not receiving two times more job interviews within 60 days of receiving your resume, we will write it again one time, free-of-charge. You must notify us in writing within 180 days of receiving your final copy. All resume packages are eligible for our guarantee.

Where will I be able to contact you once I have paid for a service?

After you have ordered, a professional resume writer will be in contact with you through a welcome email. They will also use this opportunity to ask you for any additional information that you may need. You will also be able to contact us at any time via email at rforhire@gmail.com.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, but there will be multiple drafts and revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Resumes For Hire’s writers will work with you throughout the revision period until you are satisfied with your resume. This is also why we provide the option to pay after you have spoken with one of writers. We want to make sure you are comfortable with your decision first.

What if I need to make changes to my resume later on?

If you need to make changes to your resume due to a move, email change, or job change, or otherwise, your Word document is fully editable. You can delete old information and fill in new information. Minimal changes should not affect our professional formatting.

When do I have to pay?

There are two primary options. You are encouraged to pay in full up front during the time of completing your questionnaire. You can also opt to pay later after you have spoken to one of our writers. We understand this is an important decision and if you need more time to evaluate if we are the right fit for you, you can pay once you have committed to moving forward with our services.

What if I think I might need two different resumes for one or more different kinds of jobs?

Once your writer contacts you, please inform them if you are thinking about applying to two different industries or job positions. Your writer may be able to highlight your applicable experience in one resume suitable for both job applications – or he/she may recommend the purchase of a second resume.

It is too expensive. I cannot afford to pay for a service in full.

What are the credentials of who will be working with me?

How will you get my information?

We’ve designed our introductory questionnaire to get a sense of your past experience and current goals while allowing you the opportunity to communicate what matters most to you. The questionnaire should only take a few minutes to complete and your answers will help inform the approach your writer takes in restructuring and rewriting your resume. If you have a previous resume, there will be an opportunity to upload a copy of your latest resume upon completion of the questionnaire.

What if I am not happy with how my resume looks after you do it?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our resume writing service is an interactive process that involves both your input and ours. If you are displeased with the format, text, or any other aspect of your resume after delivery, just let your personal writer know exactly what you would like changed – and we will revise everything to your specifications, free of charge. Do I have to attend the interview coaching service in person?

No. We understand that not all clients are located within the same vicinity as the company headquarters. Although in person interviews are preferred, it has become more common to conduct interviews over the phone or through video application software. We offer this capability as well and will coordinate with you directly to determine the best method.

What is your Delivery Guarantee?

You will receive your first draft 5-7 business days from the time you place your order. Orders placed Monday thru Friday AFTER 5pm PST will be considered next day orders. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be considered Monday orders. If your delivery time falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, your order will be delivered on the following business day.
